Below are the SENSITIVE Items, including but not limited to:
Contain liquid items. Common items such as perfume,drinks, oil, skin care products etc.
Contain magnet items. Common items such as speaker, earphone, radio, sound system, magnetic tools etc.
Contain battery items. Common items such as toy, calculator, watches, power bank etc.
Electrical appliances. Common items such as fan, juicer, vacuum, rice cooker etc.
Contain electronic parts or chips. Common items such as SD card, computer, pendrive etc.
Goods with international brand name. Both genuine or imitation goods need to declare as sensitive items. Common brands such as LV, Gucci, Nike, Adidas, Rolex, Omega, LiNing, Mi and HuaWei etc.
Contain powder substances items. Common items such as skin care products, wheat flour, soy powder, milk powder, almond powder, spice & herbs etc.
Contain substances that can apply on body. Common items such as lipstick, cream, makeup products etc.
If any item/order package is unpacked due to customer
request or Customs check, Cross Border does not bear any responsibility for any loss of item(s).
Any additional handling charges will be charged to the direct owner / customer.
Eg. Penalties fees from the Customs.
If customer declares item as normal while item is sensitive,
there is a possibility that Customs may confiscate the item or return the item to Cross Border China warehouse.
Any shipping fees paid to Cross Border cannot be refunded.
Customers will have to bear the cost should there be any further charges or penalties imposed by Customs.
Upon request from Customs,
Cross Border will co-operate and provide necessary customer information to Customs.
These goods are strictly prohibited: Dangerous goods such as Weapons / Plants / Pets / Currency /Tobacco
Alcohol, cigarettes, liquids (explosive flammable), pharmaceuticals and flammables,

If you have received the parcel and it is damaged, please take a picture of the damage and report to us immediately.
Any reports made after 48 hours of acceptance shall be rejected.
a) Cross Border shall not be liable for any loss, delay, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the consignor or any other person arising out of or in connection with the contract or the handling, storage or transport or other dealings with the consignment. If such loss, delays, damage, cost or expenses shall arise as a direct result of any wilful act of neglect or default by Cross Border , it will only be limited to RM200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred Only) OR the actual value of the consignment OR the cost of re-shipping whichever is lower.
b) Cross Border shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special or consequential damages or losses. Special or consequential damage or losses shall include (but not limited to) commercial and or financial losses, special reconstruction costs, substituted costs, loss of interest/profit/income/utility/market or business opportunity whether or not Cross Border had knowledge that such damages might be incurred.
c) Cross Border shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events which are beyond Cross Border control including but not limited to acts of God, perils of war, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions or apparent authority.
d) Damage or shortage must be reported in writing Email to crossborder4u@gmail.com within 48 hours from the date the consignment is delivered to the consignee, any reports made after 48 hours of acceptance shall be rejected.
