Reminder : parcel over 40kg or longer than 150cm will be charge delivery fees of RM40/consignment, sensitive item RM3/kg.

1) Operation hours to receive goods are from Monday to Sunday.
2) Delivery instructions

  • *Rates above are in RM, fuel surchage has been included; our company makes irregular rates adjustment according to market conditions; delivery fee must be prepaid.
  • *Commercial invoice should be provided to us by the sender, otherwise we will reprensent the company. Any report causes such as lost of goods will be bear by sender.
  • *Maximum compensation is RM200/consignment. For additional coverage, please purchase insurance by yourself or purchase our safe cargo insurance "Skycover".
  • *Every additional KG if less than 1KG will be charge at 1KG, We use actual weight and volumetric weight to determine your shipping fees, depending on which is higher. Volumetric weight = (Length * Width * Height cm) / 6000
  • *Rates does not include local tax, ODA delivery charges, penalty and return fees caused by recipient, disposal fee, if recipient refuse to pay these fees therefor shipper will be responsible for these fees.
  • *The items that our company refuses to accept are: counterfeit, liquid, powder, food, fresh, medicine, flammable, explosive, corrosive, optical disc, arms and other international air transport association (IATA) restricted items.
  • *The above shown is price for normal goods, please contact us for the price of sensitive goods.
  • *Please confirm the courier channel when shipping, cost and consequences of the sensitive goods will be bear by the sender
3) Please indicate the courier channel when delivery.
4) Please make sure fragile goods are well package by your sender, any damaged spotted upon receiving sender is fully responsible
5) If goods are lost the compensation will be 5 times of your air freight fees and the maximum compensation will RM200/consignment.



Sea Freight by CBM

Reminder : In the case of a single piece exceeding 2 meters or weighing more than 100 kg, an additional RM40 operation fee will be charged for each piece. If a forklift is required, a forklift fee of RM100 will be charged. Sensitive item RM60/cbm.

1) The above rates are only applicable to normal goods. Electronic products, machinery, food, cosmetics, imitation cards, sensitive goods, etc. (+RM60/m3, minimum charges is RM60）
2) The company's shipping quotation is from our warehouse till delivered to your doorstep.
3) This quotation is for the goods to be delivered to our warehouse. If heavy goods are to be handled by forklifts, the forklift operation fee will be charged.
4) At the time of shipping, shipper are required to provide packing list and invoice as our customs declaration information. If there is any false declaration, the consequences will be at your own risk.
5) In case of customs inspection or delay in shipping schedule, the company will notify you as soon as possible.
6) We only deliver to the destination stated in the address, the goods are not delivered into the house and not sent upstairs. For shopping malls we only send it to the designated loading area and large shipment needs to be unloaded by recipient.
7) Compensation conditions for lost goods:
  • a. When fragile goods are transported, the packaging should be strengthened, and the outer box should be marked fragile. If the packaging is damaged during transportation, we will not compensate.
  • b. When receiving goods at our warehouse we only checked whichever info is provided at the outer packaging. Fragile products are recommended to be packaged in wooden frames. If Fragile products are broken we are not responsible.
8) If the unilateral exceeds 2.5 meters or the single shipment exceeds 1.5 tons, we will charge RM150 per shipment.

10) We do whole West Malaysia delivery except for island and mountain.
